This was pretty much a total stylistic overall to a rather bland center hall house on a gorgeous piece of property. New additions include a 3 car garage and mudroom with full exercise and guest suite above, new main attic space featuring separate boys and girls bunk rooms and a billiards/bar room at the far end which is a family favorite with soaring trussed ceilings and playful windows. The entire house was rearranged , updated and resurfaced.
incorporated into the new additions were a dutch colonial style of gambrel roofs and eyebrow windows that immediately gave this residence a distinctive look in the neighborhood.
