This was a major transition from a 1 story cape to a big dutch colonial style. The only 3 rooms that weren’t changed was the living, dining and master bedroom. Otherwise new garage, kitchen family, den 3 new bedrooms and baths and an artist studio in the attic level.
This house was awarded house of the year in Madison, NJ in 2014.
