Dutch Colonial
Transformation

Additions to either side of existing house, and the introduction of gambrel roof lines and eyebrow windows transform this outdated turn of the century colonial estate into a distinctive stately residence. Additions include a new 3 car garage and mudroom with second floor guest suite and exercise room at one end, a new 2 story billiards room with custom bar at the other end, and a new 3rd floor featuring 2 bunk room dormers and a play/ gaming area. Renovations to the existing first and second floor areas provides updated living spaces with a level of detailing befitting of a grand estate. The additions allowed an opportunity to aesthetically enhance and change the exterior style of the house.
